How to interpret it
Review each item separately, record missing answers and compare matched baseline and exit responses. Consider participant context, programme delivery and other influences.
Original HumanScope items require local piloting. They are not psychometrically validated tests, and before-and-after change does not establish causation.
Do not collect trauma narratives, diagnoses, clinical notes or risk disclosures in this template. Client experience is not a clinical outcome. A clinician should select any validated measure appropriate to age, language, purpose and permissions. WHO-5 is linked as an optional external reference only; its NC licence means commercial reproduction requires a separate rights check. No WHO-5 items or scoring are included here.
Your team collects. We can help analyse.
Request separately scoped data checks, analysis and periodic reports. Collection frequency, dataset size and reporting outputs are agreed in your proposal.
Contact us to discuss a tailored collection and reporting arrangement. Please do not submit confidential participant records through the enquiry form.
