This notice explains how the enquiry form works and the information we need at the first stage.
HumanScope, based in Auckland, New Zealand, collects and uses the details you send through this website to review and respond to your enquiry. Anjalee Pieries is the contact for privacy questions. Use the enquiry form and mark your message as a privacy request.
The form asks for your organisation, name and role, work email, service interest and priorities. You may also share existing information types, location, timing, budget and team capacity. We use this to assess suitable support, ask focused questions and prepare a proposal. Required fields are marked. Without them we may be unable to respond or scope your enquiry. Optional details can be left blank.
Please do not send identifiable participant records, diagnoses, sensitive personal stories, passwords or confidential files through the enquiry form. Before project data is shared, we agree who may use it, the transfer method, access, storage, retention and reporting arrangements.
This website and form use Wix. Enquiry records are held in the Wix form system and may be used in HumanScope business correspondence. Wix and other service providers may process information outside New Zealand. We do not claim that all information is stored in New Zealand.
Access is intended for people who need the information to handle your enquiry or agreed work. We retain enquiry information while it is needed for correspondence, proposals and business records. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold, or ask about deletion, through our form.
The enquiry integration stores a Wix anonymous visitor token in your browser to communicate with Wix. It does not store your form answers locally. Product worksheet files work locally and send no answers to HumanScope. Downloading a blank worksheet does not authorise us to receive the information you later write into it.
Please use the enquiry form for initial enquiries only. Private participant-data collection and transfer require separately agreed arrangements.
