Each pack includes the files listed on its product page. Downloadable files are intended for one organisation to use internally across its own programmes. Browser worksheets need a current browser, PDFs need a PDF reader and CSVs need a spreadsheet app. Mobile browsers may have limited local download and printing support; use a computer when preparing a full pack.
You may adapt templates for your own programmes and share completed reports. Do not resell or redistribute blank source files, publish the pack as your own product or distribute it to other organisations. The final licence will be supplied at checkout.
