Outcome Measurement Starter Kit
Agree one or two meaningful outcomes and create a repeatable way to record them.
A practical pack.
Ready to adapt.
Separate outputs from outcomes. Attendance is an output, while a reported improvement in confidence may be an outcome indicator. Define the meaning of each value before collection. For before-and-after comparisons, match the same people using a pseudonymous ID and describe attrition. Change over time alone does not establish that the programme caused it.
