Client-defined outcomes, process indicators and contribution-focused interpretation with explicit context.
How to interpret it
Review each item separately, record missing answers and compare matched baseline and exit responses. Consider participant context, programme delivery and other influences.
Original HumanScope items require local piloting. They are not psychometrically validated tests, and before-and-after change does not establish causation.
Use client-defined goals and document structural barriers alongside individual responses. A completed referral is not proof that support was received. Keep case notes and identifying documents out of evaluation files. Agree culturally appropriate interpretation and access with service partners; do not rate whānau functioning using these items.
Your team collects. We can help analyse.
Request separately scoped data checks, analysis and periodic reports. Collection frequency, dataset size and reporting outputs are agreed in your proposal.
Contact us to discuss a tailored collection and reporting arrangement. Please do not submit confidential participant records through the enquiry form.
